Unfortunate News, Everybody…

Hello Fellow Chimps. Today I have some sad news. I am discontinuing Full-On February. I know – I got everyone stirred up and I only posted three posts (4 if you include today). It’s just that with starting High School and everything it’s a bit harder than I thought it was going to be. Well, I’ve got quite a few posts in my draft section of WordPress, so I’ll finish those and post them when I can.

Until Next Time,

Be Free, Be Chimps!

Wait – How Many Items?

This afternoon, I wanted to empty my trash today and guess how many items it has to delete?! 25,000! I can’t wait to see how long it’s going to take? To be honest, I think that’s got to be the record for the amount of items that need to be deleted for a kid – don’t you?

Here is a poll:

What Makes Me Better???

Thanks for everything! I just checked my stats and I’ve had a bit over 1,445 views. Wow! But now, I want to ask you what makes me better? What makes you want to come back for more? Tell me some things in the comments or in a poll (if I can figure out how to make one on iPad 😊)

What to Eat?

As you know, I have been on holidays for the past week. We went to a shopping centre called Erina Fair and in the ‘Food Section’ there was KFC, right across from McDonalds. So, which one would you prefer?

100 Posts!

Yes, I’ve posted 100 posts on my blog and this is the one hundred and first post. Thanks to everyone who reads my posts! Since I’m going into the 100’s, I would like more things to write about. Comment some things to write about! Polls, debating topics (The thing that I only did once of), suggest stories that I could tryΒ to write about. Thanks once again to everyone for reading my posts πŸ™‚

2014 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 460 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 8 trips to carry that many people.

Poll News

I’m not the best with polls so, I’ve decided to try and post an “interesting” poll at least once or twice a month. Just letting you know…

If I Give You A Hug…

Merry Christmas to all! It was Christmas Day yesterday for me but I know that for some, it’s today. The funniest thing happened to me yesterday at Christmas Lunch.

I brought my iPad and was playing ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ on it and my one year old cousin started bopping along. When the song changed, she started trying to open the flap of my iPad – probably trying to change the song, but – when I didn’t let her open it, she stood up, and gave me a big hug – one that I enjoyed, mind you – and then sat back down and tried to open it again! If she’s thinking I’ll give him a hug and he’ll let me open his iPad, then she’s one smart baby! She pulled my hand away from my iPad and tried again. This “Game” went on for minutes, each time, getting a hug from my cute little cousin. I hope you have a great Christmas! I got a new watch (I really needed that). Here’s a comment question:

What did you get from “Santa Claus”???

On The First Day Of Summer

On the first day of summer, what do you do? Go to the pool? Nope. Go to the water park? Nope. Stay at school, hot and doing work? Yes. Sure, I like school and all but wouldn’t it be nice if you could just stay home? Well, positive side, at least I GET to go home. However, I don’t get to go to the pool or anything like that.

I haven’t done a poll in a while so here’s one for you:

At the Circus

Last Friday, (04/07/14) the sun set and our family went down to the “Great Moscow Circus” which has been travelling around Australia. Moscow is in Russia so, nearly everyone there had Russian accents! I thought the accents were quite cool and added an unique, small, fine detail to the circus. It was great – the two clowns were awesome and not only did the acts make people “ooh” and “aah” but it was also telling a story – a story of Russia’s history. So it was great for all kids of all ages. The older kids were laughing and doing a history lesson of Russia and the little kids were laughing and seeing all the pretty lights. As a treat, my mum bought two popcorn boxes to share – a box between three as we have six people in our family. A most mysterious final act was where one of the clowns blew up a big, orange balloon with a leaf blower and then he didn’t tie it up but got in it. I wasn’t sure if it was real or illusions but dad told me it was real although, he did look a little suspicious…

If you live in Australia and you know if the “Great Moscow Circus” is coming to your city, I highly recommend to go and see it. It can only be truly appreciated with one’s own eyes. So go and see it! It has got to be the BEST circus show that I have every seen!

Something we haven’t done in a long time is a poll! So enjoy:

Debating Topics

Debating time is fast approaching at school and I am going to try and be in the group. To let you guys (readers) get in on the fun, for the first time, I am going to give you a debating topic to debate about in the comments. The first debating topic is Should Kids Where School Uniform During School Hours. Argue and say yes or no and why in the comments. I will also add a poll asking if I should keep doing debating topics or some other activities where you can get involved. I hope you enjoy!

Active After School Care

As my mum is a teacher at my school, for term 1 my brother Lachlan, Jack and Julia my younger brother and sister who are twins and myself have been doing an activity called “Active After School Care” It’s really fun! They supply afternoon tea (fresh fruit and vegemite bread) and do really fun activities! Also, it’s a really fun chance for me to see my friends who don’t have mum or dads at school.

Happy Birthday Mac!

A few days ago it was Apple Macintosh’s 30th birthday. Although no one really uses Macintosh these days – everyone’s using Mac OSX – it still basically represents the first system of mac. According to apple and lots of it’s customers Macintosh was the first Mac operating system. Apple also was the first company to release laptops with “palm rests”. My mum used to have an old iMac. It’s latest software update was 9.2. So Happy 30th Birthday Macintosh!

Holidays At The Beach…

On the 26th December 2013, My family and I went to Umina Beach. We stayed in a holiday house/apartment with very thin walls. There was no internet there and it was terrible!!! I did have fun though. I went to nurse my newborn cousin, Ella, went to the beach, went to the pool and waterslide, the ferry, a 6K walk and much more! I got home just this afternoon and feel like i’m back to normal. I better enjoy it though – school for 2014 starts in 2 weeks!

Santa Claus Is Coming To Town…

Well, today it’s Christmas! A lot of years ago little baby Jesus was born. The presents I got are:

microscope kit

school bag (i’m in year 5 next year)

over-ear headphones

lots of other stuff I can’t remember!

So at 11:00 AM, we are going to my grandma’s for lunch. She also has presents for us! Merry Christmas to EVERYONE and a Happy New Year! Have fun during your holidays as well!

Minecraft 1.7

It’s finally here – the Minecraft PC update. I was so excited that I went straight to minecraft.net and downloaded the new launcher after – of course deleting the old launcher. I downloaded it and found that I didn’t have the right version of Java. My Mac is so old that you can’t update Java any more. I was really upset! I made a terrible mistake deleting the old launcher of Minecraft so I had to reinstall the old launcher and all my worlds were gone! 😦 I am currently saving up for a new MacBook Air 13″

Doctor Who

Dentist Check

I had my dental check – up at school today. I even got my own toothbrush and toothpaste! I just need to focus on brushing my middle top and bottom teeth. Here is a poll:
